OWDLAWSHOP Seller Policy
Welcome to OWDLAWSHOP
To ensure the order of the platform, the rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, and improve the overall service quality, we have formulated the following "Seller Policy", which all registered merchants are required to strictly abide by.
1、 Merchant qualifications and entry requirements
All sellers must provide genuine and legal registration information and identity authentication materials;
Merchants must ensure that the source of the goods sold is legitimate, with corresponding qualifications and licenses (such as brand authorization, quality inspection reports, etc.);
Do not sell prohibited products on the platform (such as illegal, counterfeit, infringing goods, etc.).
2、 Product Release Standards
The product description must be truthful, clear, and accurate, and must not exaggerate or mislead consumers;
The product images must be clear and must not be stolen or suspected of infringement;
All products must be clearly labeled with necessary information such as price, inventory, and delivery time;
It is not allowed to brush orders or fabricate sales through disguised means.
3、 Shipping and Logistics
Merchants must complete the shipment within the promised time, and any delay beyond this time will be considered as a delay;
Shipment must use traceable logistics methods and upload valid logistics tracking numbers in a timely manner;
If the product is damaged due to improper packaging, the merchant shall bear full responsibility.
4、 After sales and returns/exchanges
Merchants need to support the platform's standard after-sales policy and actively handle return and exchange applications;
For quality issues with the product, the merchant shall bear the shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement;
Merchants shall not unreasonably refuse returns or exchanges or delay after-sales processing time;
Excessive complaint rates, refusal of after-sales service, and other behaviors will affect the reputation of the store or result in suspension of sales privileges.
5、 Costs and Settlement
Merchants are required to pay commissions to the platform on a monthly/order basis (if applicable);
All order settlements will be transferred to the merchant's account within T+7 days after confirmation of receipt;
If there is any refund, violation penalty or other behavior, the platform has the right to deduct the relevant amount.
6、 Violations and Penalties
Measures for handling violations
Selling counterfeit goods will result in permanent store closures and account freezes
False shipment/delayed shipment, reduced rights, restricted orders, frozen payments
Refusing after-sales penalty warning and affecting store rating
Clearing false data and deducting commissions through brushing orders and trading letters
Malicious harassment of buyers, restricting login or banning stores
7、 Platform Disclaimer
If the order is affected due to force majeure (such as policy adjustments, natural disasters, third-party system failures), the platform shall not assume joint and several liability;
Merchants are required to properly keep their login information and account funds. The platform is not responsible for any losses caused by their own reasons.
